Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll pay the return shipping costs. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs if you elect to return your purchase for any reason other than an error on our part.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Any defective, incorrect, or damaged items need to be reported within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. In general, orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. In some cases, a small handling fee may be included in the shipping costs to pay for labor and materials associated with packing and shipping your order.
It is our goal to ship your order within 5-7 business days after we receive it. It may be necessary to extend this time frame when we are receiving an unusually high volume of orders. When you place your order, the shipping carrier may estimate the expected shipping time for your order. This is in addition to our standard time of 5-7 business days to pick and pack your order. This could vary based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Back Orders
If one or more items on your order is unavailable to ship, we may elect to partially ship your order. If your order is partially shipped, we will pay the additional shipping necessary to send the remaining items to you once they become available.
